Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the user who posted the material
3. Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

1. Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
2. Inform them that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days
3. Restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Our Designs and Original Content

All original designs, graphics, logos, and content created by GoBeautee are protected by copyright law. Our designs are for personal use only when purchased. Customers may not:

• Claim our designs as their own work
• Reverse engineer or extract design elements for reuse

Third-Party Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Our products feature:

• Licensed artwork and graphics
• Public domain or royalty-free elements
• Customer-submitted designs (with proper authorization)

Customers who submit custom designs for printing warrant that they own or have permission to use all elements in their designs and indemnify us against any claims of infringement.
