Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item. Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility, so please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.
However, we are fully committed to making things right when mistakes happen. We accept claims and provide solutions for defective or damaged products only.

To file a claim, please contact us at support@gobeautee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Personal preference (fit, color tone variation, or style expectations)
Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Size-related issues are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The following situations are not eligible:
Orders canceled after the 2-hour cancellation window
Items that were worn, washed, or used
Orders with minor color variations due to screen/display differences
Damage caused by improper care or handling
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by us.
