    Order Cancellation

    We understand that mistakes can happen.

    Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


    Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

    Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item. Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility, so please review our size chart carefully before purchasing.
    However, we are fully committed to making things right when mistakes happen. We accept claims and provide solutions for defective or damaged products only.
    Eligible cases caused by our error:

    • Defective, damaged, or torn items.
    • Incorrect item, design, size, or color received (different from your order).
    • Printing errors or major quality issues.

    How we handle these cases (Returnless Replacement):

    • No Return Required: We do not require you to return defective items. If the issue is caused by us, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring a return.
    • Do Not Ship Back: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Since we offer free replacements for defective items, any packages sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
    • Zero Hidden Fees: For defective or incorrect items, there are absolutely no return fees or restocking fees. The replacement is 100% free.

    To file a claim, please contact us at support@gobeautee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.


    Size Issues & Customer Errors

    We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selection by the customer

    • Personal preference (fit, color tone variation, or style expectations)

    Choosing the correct size is the customer’s responsibility.
    We strongly encourage all customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.

    Size-related issues are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.


    Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

    The following situations are not eligible:

    • Orders canceled after the 2-hour cancellation window

    • Items that were worn, washed, or used

    • Orders with minor color variations due to screen/display differences

    • Damage caused by improper care or handling


    Refund Processing

    If your refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

    Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by us.
